The Brief
Design and Supply
Before
The old galley kitchen was cramped and the dining room oversized for purpose. The customers loved hosting and wanted a space for guests to gather. Taking the wall out to create a large kitchen-diner with an island was the best solution.
Design
The customers wanted a light and airy space, so we chose a bright quartz and a lighter green tone for the units.
An asymmetrical island shape keeps seated guests away from the food prep space and a large larder in the corner offers loads of storage!
We visited this project before flooring and decorating were completed, but you can already see that this new space will be the social hub of the customer’s home - and it’s so functional with lots of storage and no clutter.
