What information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver your kitchen project.
• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and postcode or address
• Project details: the service you're interested in, your budget range, when you hope to complete, details of your property and anything else you tell us about your plans
• Project information: measurements, photos of your existing kitchen, designs and quotes, if you go ahead with a consultation or project
• Payment details: if you become a customer, records of invoices and payments (we don't store card details)
• Website usage: information about how you use our website, collected through cookies (see Cookies below)
We collect this when you fill in a form on our website, complete an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, call, email or message us, or visit our Design Studio.
You don't have to give us your details, but we won't be able to respond to your enquiry or quote for your kitchen without them.
How we use your information
UK data protection law says we need a lawful basis for each way we use your information. Ours are:
Replying to your enquiry and calling you to talk through your project - legitimate interests (responding to people who ask about our services) and steps before entering a contract
Arranging consultations, designing, quoting, supplying and installing your kitchen - contract
Keeping invoices and financial records - legal obligation
Understanding how people use our website and how well our adverts work - consent (through our cookie banner)
Sending you news or offers by email - consent (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Handling complaints and protecting our legal rights - legitimate interests
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us or changing your cookie settings. We don't use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similar effects on you.
Enquiries through Facebook and Instagram
Some of our adverts on Facebook and Instagram include an enquiry form. If you complete one, Meta pre-fills your name, email and phone number from your profile, and you can edit them before you submit. We also ask what you're looking for, your budget range and when you hope to complete your kitchen.
Meta passes your answers to us so we can get in touch about your kitchen. We use them in the same way as any other enquiry, as set out in this policy. How Meta itself handles your information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Who we share your information with
We never sell your information. We only share it where needed to run our business and deliver your kitchen:
• Fitters, designers and suppliers we work with on your project, such as installers, worktop fabricators and delivery companies, so they can measure, deliver and fit your kitchen.
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, IT and accounting services including Xero, Squarespace, Google, OneDrive.
• Our marketing agency, who manage our adverts and may see enquiry form responses to help measure how well they're working.
• Meta and Google, through our adverts, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (see Cookies below)
• Professional advisers and authorities, such as our accountant, insurers or HMRC, where required.
Everyone we share with must keep your information secure and only use it for the purpose we've shared it for.
Transfers outside the UK: some providers, including Meta and Google, may process information in the USA or elsewhere. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK–US Data Bridge or UK-approved contract clauses.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it:
Enquiries that don't go ahead - 12 months from our last contact with you
Customer and project records - 20 years after your project is completed, for tax, warranty and legal reasons
Marketing email list - Until you unsubscribe
Website analytics - 14 months (the retention period set in Google Analytics)
After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.

• ask us to correct anything that's wrong or incomplete
• ask us to delete your information

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We'll respond within one month, and there's usually no charge.
