We offer a full service for homeowners, starting with a consultation and ending with installation and project management:

CONSULTATION

Our meeting usually happens in your home - we’ll measure your space or take a copy of your building plans if it’s a building project and we talk about what you want from your new kitchen. We’ll discuss your timeline, budget, and look at any style and inspiration images you’ve collected together.

We also talk about whether you want us to manage your renovation or if you just want us to supply your kitchen.

If you’ve already had a design and quote elsewhere, we’ll discuss what you like about it and what you want to improve.

DESIGN AND SAMPLES

After our first meeting, we’ll put together a design and bring samples to your home for you to choose from. Specific appliance features will be discussed, along with different finish options and also any changes to the design you’d like to see.

CHANGES, QUOTES AND QUESTIONS

Finally, we’ll make any design changes and present the project to you. You’ll receive high-quality visuals and a quote for the project.

ORDERING

If you decide you want to work with us, full plans will be put together. Your project is booked in with our trusted team of joiners and tradespeople and give you a schedule of works so everything is planned out clearly for you.

INSTALLATION

We can project manage your installation and are always on call during your kitchen renovation. No AI chatbots or contact centers for us - you’ll work with one person directly from start to finish. When your project is completed we’ll have our final visit to make sure you’re happy with everything.
